The blueprint and components are obtained after reaching Champion rank 3 during the Plague Star operation and purchasing from Nakak.
The blueprint and components are available via the Research section of the Ventkids' Bash Lab, located in the Dojo.
The Kuva Goule Saw is obtained by defeating a Kuva Lich equipped with it. Kuva weapons can be traded with another player. The trade takes place in the Purple Branch room of the Clan Dojo, and the recipient must not have any active Liches. After the trade, the recipient must fight and defeat the Lich to obtain their weapon.
