You must craft each model to unlock all mods, which can then be used on any MOA (1 Audit, 1 Denial, and 1 Program). You get pre-crafted molosses by hunting Sister Parvos' liches and parts to make custom ones. Each model has its own mastery: you must therefore level them all to 30. Since it's a modular companion, remember to also level it to 30, polish it with the Fortuna merchant, then level it back to 30 to unlock 100% of its stats. If you recover all your lich weapons, you have almost a 100% chance of getting all the mods, the companion, and the companions' weapons.
