There is an Incarnon version of this weapon, to be applied to the normal version!
Incarnon Advantage:
To activate Incarnon form, headshots charge the transmutation. Secondary fire triggers the transmutation (middle-click on PC). Pressing secondary fire again consumes the remaining charge. In Incarnon form: Projectiles seek headshots and benefit from increased multishot. Critical chance and critical multiplier are also increased.
